Bottle @ home. Mostly clear golden color. Dense white head with some retention. Aroma's: grainish, herbs, sweet spices. Retronasal it's grainish, fruity, herbal. Flavor is light moderate sweet with light bitterness and herbs. Medium bodied. Moderate bitter finish. Quite enjoyable.
Bottle at home. Hazy golden/ pale amber with white head. Sweet malts, elderflower, citrus, vegetal juices, cow parsley and massive Arnica, pine, mild spices and herbs. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium body, soft malty feel and soft sparkly carbonation. Very lovely rich aromas and well balanced. My love for the herbal and floral mix juices from Labietis runs deep. Can’t believe these low scores. A complete forest hike in yo face! Bier met tieten.
0.33 l bottle from ’Het Biermoment’, bottled in June 2017. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, floral, quite fruity, slightly grassy and a little herbal aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, hay, elderflower and maybe some pine. Intense, moderately sweet, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy, floral and quite herbal taste of lemon peel, pineapple, honey, elderflower, hay and a touch of pine, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and rather herbal finish with the pine shoots coming to the foreground. Medium body, very smooth but rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very interesting stuff, didn’t know what to expect, works out very well in the end. The herbs are not too prominent and the refreshing character of the beer is not spoiled at all.
Draught at Bryggerifestivalen 2017. A white tophead over a cloudy golden body. Floral nose with citric hints, dry. Sweet Belgian fruity flavours balanced by a lemony touch. Dry and mid-sweet fruity ending. Medium bodied. Soft on the swallow. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Trondheim 05.08.2017).

7 3 7 3 15 Bottle at Oedpus, Carnivale Brettanomyces opening party 2017. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of herbal hops, green weeds, light candy fruit drops, floral notes, yeast and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [22/06/2017]
Bottle shared at Oedipus. Bit hazy golden with white head. Quite some cloves, sweet malts, light bread, coriander, quite some herbs and flowers. Medium sweet and bitter. Bit over medium bodied. Very yeasty and herbal. Not bad, but it’s a bit too strong for my taste. It’s lot of Belgian style and not as much Labietis style herbs as I’d like.
