Irish Style Red Ale with Honey

No farmers, no barley - No barley, no beer. Named for a secret society of Irish farmers who took up arms against a tyrannical government, we make Ribbonman Red to honor those who work the land. A blend of Irish and German specialty malts and honey create a medium bodied beer with a rich flavor that's neither too sweet nor too bitter, but just right. Raise a glass of this smooth, refreshing red ale and join us in a toast to farmers everywhere!

Cherry, nutty toffee malt and hay aroma. Hazy chestnut brown with moderate off-white head. Mildly sweet toffee malt, and mildly bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body. Solid.

Draft at the source. Clear deep amber color. Burnt caramel on toast aroma. Taste is richbtiasted caramel. Very tasty.
