500ml bottle. Clear pale golden/straw colour with a frothy white head. Aroma: hoppy, tropical fruit, citrus, grassy, slightly vinous. Taste: tropical fruit, citrus, grassy, yeast and again slightly vinous. Light sweetness and good bitterness. Texture is a bit thin but a fairly decent beer overall.
500ml bottle @ the Grain Loft, Manchester Airport while waiting for a nail to be pulled out of the plane tyre. Pours clear gold, good white head. Good floral citrus hop presence, some grape. Typically easy-drinking APA with plenty of fruity colour.
Cask at Thornbridge. Golden pour. Aroma of tropical fruit and white grape. Fresh taste of tropical fruits, citrus, white grape and mild grainy caramel. Very nice, all hail Nelson Sauvin.
Op tap bij Kompaan. Waterig, verfrissend, niet half waard wat het kostte. Backlog from 2015/09/17.
Bottle from Beers’n’more. But I’m not sure there’s in it what’s advertised. Very thin throughout, with an aroma and a taste that I only know from slightly hoppy industrial lager. I can only hope something went wrong with this bottle. (3/2/5/2/9) Re-rated. Still an odd beer, but definitely better than my first. Very bitter, but rather half-baked in any other respect.
Draft at Kompaan. Pours slight hazy dull golden blond with a white head. Aroma of citrus, light tropical fruits, grassy hops, biscuity malt and a light cardboard note. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Tap at Kompaan bar. Clear golden with big white head. Oats, sweet nuts, light lime, hint of milk, toffee, light herbs. Light to medium sweet with light bitterness. Under medium bodied.
Bottle kindly shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Light golden color with medium white head. Oranges, tangerines, lychee, zest in beautiful aroma. Strong hoppy aroma with tangerines, lychee, zest, resin. Light malty base. Long hoppy bitter finish. Very good.
Tried at the Lincoln beer festival 2015. Hazy golden colour with a thick white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Mid bitter finish.
