Our interpretation of the classic Vienna lager - pale amber in color, medium bodied, ever so slightly toasty from Munich and Vienna malts, complimented by a grassy noble hop nose.

Can thanks to Paul. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head. The aroma is toasted malt and grass. Medium body, wet biscuit, sweet malt, light finish, very good.

The Aromas are caramel malt, cereal and a little roast. Flavors are similar to nose, hints of marshmallow, roast diminishes a little, sweet upfront with growing bitterness in the end. Okay body, slightly strong carbonation and decent finish.

Medium amber color. Off dry minerally bready nose, with a touch of fruitiness. Medium full body with good breadlines, low bitterness, low carbonation, rounded. Still clearly new world, but for a new world take this is very nice.

Draft at Republic. Crystal clear golden color, big fluffy white head. Aroma of biscuit and white pepper. Taste has black pepper and freshly baked bread. Delicious.
