Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of horseblanket, tart, buttery brett funk, oak, vanilla, bitter citrus and wheat. Taste has dry tart green apple, buttery funk, oak, bitter grapefruit, wbeat, acidic sourness and a dry tart finish. The lambic flavor is nice, but a little balance for the dry tartness could have made it better. Still good though.

Bottle at Koelschip. Medium hazy light golden with white head. Dank cheesy hops on the nose but also quite some tropical fruits, hay, dank weeds, soft firework sulphur, grassy, light chicory, light funk. Medium sour and bitter. Under medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Very nice.

Pours clear blonde, small White head. Smell is weak, more hoppy than anything else. No real sourness. Taste is vey mildly sour, doigh-maltyness. Very aromatic hops. Not bad. Yet less lambic-like than the other ones of the series

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 3/2/2021. Pours clear medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, green apple, peach, apricot, guava, berry, citrus rind, oak, pepper, pine, hay, straw, leather, funk, wheat, cracker, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus/pine hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, green apple, peach, apricot, guava, berry, citrus rind, oak, pepper, pine, hay, straw, leather, funk, wheat, cracker, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate pine/rind bitterness, lactic tartness, and yeast/tannic oak spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, green apple, guava, berry, citrus rind, pepper, pine, hay, straw, funk, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus/pine hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, acidic, lightly sticky/resinous, and tannic/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is an excellent dry hopped unblended Lambic! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus/pine hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the moderate bitterness/acidity. A very enjoyable offering.
