Bottle courtesy of nuplastikk, thanks! Pretty close to black color, thin tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee. Taste has earthy licorice dipped in chocolate, dry finish. Decent.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 1/6/2015. Pours nearly opaque dark brown color with a 2 finger fairly dense light tan head with reduces to a spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of milk chocolate, cocoa, molasses, caramel, toffee, toast, dark bread, raisin, plum, herbal, and yeast/roasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roasted/bready malt and fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of milk chocolate, cocoa, molasses, caramel, toffee, toast, dark bread, raisin, plum, herbal, and yeast/roasted earthiness. Minimal roast/herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, toast, dark bread, raisin, plum, herbal, and yeast/roasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness, balance, and complexity of dark/roasted/bready malt and fruity yeast ester flavors; with a solid roasted bitterness/sweetness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, moderately creamy, and slightly slick mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good flavored stout style. All around good balance and robustness of dark/roasted/bready malt and fruity yeast ester flavors; and very smooth to drink. This feels a bit closer to a brown ale with the strong toffee/bready flavor notes; but was still nicely enjoyable overall.

Bottle. Chocolate fudge malt and straw aroma. Dark brown with small head. Sweet chocolate fudge, roasted barley malt and light dry grass flavor. Body on the light side. Pretty tasty.

Bottle: Pours black with a creamy, short tan head. Melted fudge aroma. Taste is malty, milk chocolate, cola, cocoa powder, Sweet, initially very tasty, but grows a little dull after the beginning chocolate rush.
