100% Brettanomyces-fermented Belgian Strong Pale Ale released once a year to celebrate our founding. Fermented and aged in a solera system of wine barrels, and each year we pull a portion of the aged beer for serving and replace it with fresh beer.

Draft at Churchkey. Hazy to cloudy golden orange color, thick white head with solid lacing. Aroma of raw sourdough bread, orange zest. Taste is softly sour orange, pear, creamsicle mouthfeel. Delicious.

Bottle at WTF 2. Pours a hazy orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, funk, tropical fruit. Medium mouth, light funk, tart lemon, light finish, very good.
