Tap at Takanoya. Nose is apple, acetic acid, funk. Clear amber-orange color with lace. Fruity, apples, caramel, lightly sour and acetic. tingly finish. Not great.

Very light golden color. Spritzy medium tanginess. Light. Very nice stuff IMO

Bottle. Crystal clear pale yellow color, still. Lightly funky apple and lemon aroma. Taste has bright applesauce and apple skins. Tasty.

Draft - Odd, medicinal, band aid and apple. Pale yellow. Band aid, herbs and light Apple. Not great.
