draft at brewpub. Though this was the one I was looking fwd to trying, it ended being a huge disappointment. Pours reddish, thin white head. Aroma was simply like smelling a wine cooler, fruity with just way too much sweetness and some lost tartness to be noted. Flavor, feels as if this one got added berry juice, it’s just overly sweet and sugary with some added colorant. Not really what I would expect of a lambic. indicated abv was around 12% and seemed less. Hints of what could be champagne yeast. Meh!
