Bottle at tasting. Aroma of soft ginger, brett, funk, old orange hop and wheat. Taste has soft ginger, brett, funk, wheat, orangy hop, wheat, horseblanket and a funky spicey finish. Not bad.

18-01-20 // 750ml bottle shared with the local crew. 2017 bottled version. Clear golden. White head. Gret ginger nose. Well carbonated. Lambic sourish but more on the sweet side. Soft gonger spice. Very well balanced.

Pleasantly mellow. Nice ginger in aroma, taste is easier going, light ginger, light sourness. Like it.

Bottle @ Slovak tasting 08/2019. Big, white, long lasting head. Colour is deep gold, hazy. Aroma is ginger, sour fruity, woody, caramel touch. Taste is medium malty base, spicy, ginger, bit caramel, sour fruity, higher carbonation, very nice bit too spicy yet fully enjoyed.

Corked bottle. Golden color. Ginger, orange and lemon in the aroma. Sour flavor, citric, orange sweeties, quite gingery and estery, especially in the finish. I don’t like ginger, but this isn’t too dominant. Good beer.

Bottle. Sour fruity aroma and taste, light sour and bitter. Medium to full body, malty bitter sweet finish. Ok.
