Bottle from the cidery. Fake 12oz pint glass, wide mouth. Light amber with a slight protein haze. Smells of stone fruit, saline & green melon. Sharp kiwi & apricot. Very fruity, very acidic. Not much meat. Crispy & drier then expected. Low heat, but hits after the fact. Big.

Bottle. 8% abv according to the label. Crystal clear golden yellow color, champagne bubbles. Aroma of bright fresh pear, light apple. Taste starts slightly sweet, then tart pear, citrus, apple skins. Medium dry finish. Refreshing.
