Waterig.
Firm head. Nutty aroma with some hops shimmering through. Malty and slightly metallic flavor. Some bitterness present. Sweeyish with some butterscotch. Not too bad for an industrial alt.
Bouteille 50cl de Beereau, Berlin, dégustée avec Tomaz. BB 04/06/2019.
Bottled on January 22, 2018.Hazy dark brown color, white head. Sweet, caramel, odd, candy, bread scent. Low bitterness. Malty, light sweet, bread, medium low hop level taste. Medium mouthfeel. Too sweet.6/3/7/3/12=3.1
01-10-17 // 500ml bottle. Brownish colour. Smooth, sweet malty, caramel, some Toffee, sweetbitter finish. Good Alt.
0.33 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before December 2017. Clear, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, bready and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, bread, nuts and hints of raisins. Moderately sweet, slightly malty, a bit fruity taste of caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of raisins, followed by a short, slightly bitter, quite dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty boring and average Alt, quaffable but I don’t really like it.
Bottle at home from the source. Near clear dark amber with a light tan head. Aroma of malt, yeast, caramel, light overripe dark fruits and nutty notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Brilliant deep amber, good frothy beige head, recedes slowly, good lacing. Aroma malts, caramel, light dark fruit, earthy note. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, earthy, herbal notes. Malty sweetbitter middle part, herbal and earthy notes, dry bitter finish, bit husky, iron notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, a nice solid Alt.
