Can - pours yellow white head - nose and taste of pine, bread malt - medium bodied
Draft at Southern Grist 3rd Anniversary. Pours a clear straw with a finger of foam that lingers. Grainy nose with some orange and pithy citrus aromas. Smooth, crisp and clean on the palate. Light peppery bitterness and faint tropical fruit notes.
Poured at Shelton Festival, golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral and grain. Thin body, wheat, earth, light finish, good.
Can from Maekchu. Lemony, grainy nose, lightly worty, nice. Cloudy gold with a high head. Crisp, nice bready malt flavor, lemony hops, spicy, peppery hop finish. Good fruit. A well done pils for sure, as I read the explanation I get the old and new world combination of hops. Works well.
Draft at Ocmulgee Brewpub. Pale gold, faint corn aroma. Fruity hops taste, mild malty finish.
Draft at the source. Hazy light yellow color, thick white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of huge white pepper and dusty rising white bread dough. Taste is clean, crisp peppery biscuit. Delicious.
