A: hazy amber, thin, off-white head.
A: ripe red apple, red grape, brioche, brown sugar.
T: sweet red apple, ripe redcurrant, Napoléon bonbon, brioche.
F: sweet, woody, bit tart, ripe red fruit.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Not bad, it is what it is.
Dark brown color. Yoghurt, a hint of cherry juice and caramel in the aroma. Very sweet, sugary flavor with buttermilk and caramel. Sticky mouthfeel. More butter than brett.
Bottle from Beers of Europe. Deep amber colour with a white head. Aroma sugary tart aroma, light fruity. Taste moderately sweet with a light tartness to finish. Medium body.
25cl bottle from a trade with Jefverstraete, thanks! A clear deep amber beer with a mid-sized to small off-white head. Aroma of sweet riped fruits, sugar, caramel, grapes, some apples. Taste of sweet riped apples, caramel, candies, some grapes.
Bottle. Color: Amber, off-white head. Aroma: Sweet and sour notes, hints of apple. Taste: Medium to over medium sweet, lightly sour, sugar, notes of sweet overripe apples, caramel. Slightly under average carbonation, medium body. Ok.
250ml bottle. Pours brown. Brown sugar, sugar cane, bit of lemon, bit floral. Quite flat. Reasonably unpleasant.
