Bottle. Pours dark brown - almost black - with tan head. Nose/taste of caramel, toffee, rum barrel, chocolate, plum, molasses, vanilla and wet wood. Medium body. Mild roast character in a sweet caramel toffee body. No noticeable infection.

Bottle @ Dan’s house, courtesy of markwise. Thanks! Dark brown appearance with a dark brown head. Tangy, tart fruity, light chocolate, caramel slightly spicy aroma. Light spicy rum, tart, tangy fruity, chocolate, caramel malty flavor. Too bad it’s the infected version- would have been cool to try it next to the normal version.
