Bottled (had as Elderflower Lambic). Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is sour wood, some elderflowers with some floral tones. Flavour is slightly acidic elderflowery with some tartness, herbs and mild wooden tones with a bit spiciness too.

From Bottle @ De Prael. Floral aroma with tropical fruit, especially passion fruit. Pleasant sour flavor with floral citric notes and passion fruit. Long floral finish. Nice.

Vintage 2015. 0,07 from bottle at Bokkereyder Koelschip Tasting. orange lightly hazy color, small white head. smells very earthy, herbal, nettle, light wood, nutty. nice smell. medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, green herbal, neddle, spices, lactic. finishes rather dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, earthy and lactic notes. good, but this one fell off a bit, rather lactic and rather citric, only very subtle elderflowers towards the very finish. still very good stuff by any other means 7, 4, 8, 3, 16

Bottle at Koelschip. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong floral, dill, funk, oak. Thin body, funky, dill, spice, light tartness, dry finish, very nice.
