Bottle. Lemon/orange wheat malt aroma. Hazy honey gold with a minimal head. Sweet orange, wheat malt, and light spicy flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.
Hazy, lemon-yellow, puffy white head. Sweet, yeasty, orange. Belgian yeast, orange. Fruity, a little spicy. Very nice.
Bottle. Sour lemon and wheat malt aroma. Hazy yellow with large head. Sweet orange/lemon and wheat malt flavor. Minimal spice. Very nice beer.
750 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly cloudy golden straw color with a nice 3 finger fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Good foamy lacing clings to the glass. Aromas of huge pear, apple, grape, herbal, lemon, earth, pepper, wheat, coriander, and yeast spices. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity. Taste of pear, grape, apple, wheat, pepper, herbal, lemon, earth, and yeast spices. Lingering notes of light fruits, herbal, earth, and yeast spices on the finish for a good bit. Great balance and complexity of flavors; with no cloying sweetness at all. Medium carbonation and body; with a slightly slick and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian imperial witbier! Very nice complexity and balance of flavors; very smooth to sip on. Really enjoyed this one.

24/VII/2012 - 75cl bottle @ home - BB: not indicated on bottle - (2012-749) Thanks to John for sharing the bottle!
Cloudy yellow beer, big unstable head, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, floral, soapy, honey, malty. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet start, floral, some honey, fruits. Aftertaste: sweet, floral, bit soapy, sugary. Not impressed, but probably this was an old bottle. But how to tell, if you put no date on your bottles?
Bottle @ Chad’s house. Moderately hazy, light yellow appearance with a fluffy, white head. Lots of coriander, mild orange peel, somewhat yeasty, light wheat malty nose. Light bodied, light wheat malty, coriander, spicy, citrusy flavor. Spicy, coriander aftertaste. Quite spicy, somewhat bready.
750 ml bottle. Gift from Greg at Birreria Paradiso. Cloudy golden yellow with big white head. Aroma of straw and citrus. Nice full bodied bright and yeasty flavor with a clean and crisp finish. Good stuff.
Thanks to André *MacGruber.* This beer has a beautiful yellow-golden color. Can only see shadows through it, while the beer just radiates and glows. The small head leads to a decent lacing. Aroma first starts with a sweat wheat candy but then there is this completely awesome aspect on the back end of the aroma. Its a short punch at the end of a peppery/floral perfume, its amazingly original and awesome. Taste is basically a similar sweet candy and a watery version of the peppery/floral perfume. All very nice, very easy to drink and the sweetness is not heavy at all. Basically. its esters gone wild in this Imperial Wit.
750mL bottle, plastic cork, Rodenbach GC smaller tulip glass.
