Tap @ In de Wildeman. Murky golden colour, white head. Nose is slightly bretty, grapefruits, tropical fruits, mango. Falvour is fairly sour, some tonic sourness and bitterness, fruity. Finish is fairly sour and dry.
Tap @ In de Wildeman, medium sample. Cloudy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of sour pineapple, citrus, tart, wild yeast, just a tiny hint of oak. Quite sour taste, not lactic or acetic and not quite citric acid actually, but more a pineapple sourness, together with a medium bitterness. Reminds of a tonic actually. It’s like a quite bitter beer with lots of pineapple like hops, but fermented with Brett Lambicus or something like that. Quite ok, but not my favorite to be honest as I’m not a huge fan of pineapple.
On tap @ In De Wildeman. Hazy, golden-yellow color. Sticky white head, good lacing. Aroma’s: lychee (coming from the Nelson Sauvin), sour fruit, slightly resinous. Sourish and somewhat woody retronasal. Flavor is moderate sour with a sweet & bitter touch. Light bodied. Finishes a bit funky and then with a lasting bitterness.
