Bottle, Hanssens Schaarbeekse Kriek (Primus Cerasus ‘Schaarbeekse Kriek’), 6.5%, bottled week 3 of January 2018. Color: Dark red, fast disappearing pink head. Aroma: Wild yeast funk, sweet and sour cherries. Taste: Medium tart and moderate to medium sweet, strong flavours of dark red cherries, nice amount of farmyard funk from the wild yeast. Notes of vinegar. Some wood, tannins. Dry mouthfeel. Full body, below average carbonation.
Bottle: Red-brown with a minimal ring. Old musty cherry, hay aroma. Taste is tart cherry malt, mild vinegar.... A lot of acidity. Very good.
Bottle at Kiselo druženje (Sour Gettogether) 2017. Thanks! Deep dark ruby. Wine and vinegar aromas. Very sour. Medium body, moderate carbonation, very sour finish. Finally!

Aroma: Cherries, tart, funk, some fruit, sour.
Body: Light to medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Cherries, tart some vinegar, sour.
Bright purple pink color. No head. Very deep cherry pits and oak character. Low medium carbonation. Very tart with great cherry character. Very fruit forward and very sour. Removing enamel from my teeth. Still love it.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of sour cherry, vanilla, oak, horseblanket and tart. Taste has acidic sourness, vanilla, cherry, oak, horseblanket, sharp sourness and some ripe fruit. Nice, but really sour.
Vollmundiger, intensiv kirschiger Beginn. Deutliche Säure mit mildem Essigstich, intensiv fruchtig bleibend. Weich, erneut Essig, Himbeeren, Limette, wenig salzig. Lecker! 13/12/11/13/12/13
