On tap at Taphuys Arnhem. A murky orange yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart red berries. Taste of tart Red berries, herbs and yeast.
0.33 l bottle from 'Speciaalbierpakket.nl', bottled in Spring 2019. Hazy, deep amber with a touch of purple and a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, fairly fruity aroma of redcurrant, lemon, raspberry, some rhubarb and a touch of apricot. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, gently fruity taste of redcurrant, rhubarb, lemon, some elderberry and a touch grains, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately dry finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fairly simple but also refreshing, quaffable and especially well-balanced, i.e. not too sour. Nice!
Hazy peachy colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of fruity tartness. More sour that sweet. Smooth and easy to drink.
