De Witte Dame van het gebroken Slot in Grubbenvorst spookt al eeuwen bij volle maan rond de ruïne aan de Maas. De Tarwe voor dit bier komt deels van een Akker in Schandelo bij Velden. Het dorp dat aan de andere kant van de Maas tegenover de ruïne ligt. Naast tarwe natuurlijk gerstemout, tradition-hop en Saaz-hop. De gist zorgt voor de fruitigheid. Koriander en sinaasappelschil voor de kruidige toets.

0.3 l on tap at 'De Klep'. Hazy, golden yellow with a thin, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, slightly floral and a little yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, coriander, clove and some banana. Slightly sweet, minimally bitter, fruity-floral and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemon peel, coriander, some clove and a touch of vanilla, followed by a short, minimally bitter, slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Wit.
