10-06-19 // bottle. BBD 29 October 17 - pours clear golden with a bubbly head. Nose is grainy with a sour touch and some herbs in the back. Taste is sourish grainy. In the beginning a bit to much carbonation but that settled. Has a saison touch with a little lemon aromas. Adter pouring the heavy sediment of yeast, the nose is more sweet herbal with some caramel. The look is dirty murky light muddy. The sourness stays in a medium rang e. But the taste isn’t fizzy and bubbly refreshing anymore.A bit flatter and bit more of old yeast. Bottle at Firi Firi Beer House, Corfu Town, Island of Corfu, summer of 2017. Murky dark golden, lasting small to a medium off-white head. Nice yeasty estery floral aroma with a touch of citrus and a funky yeasty note. Light sweetness with a tart note. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate finish. Very nice!

Hardly balanced with a lot of overpowering carbonation. Got better once the yeast was poured in, but feels too strong. Thanks Nikos!

330 ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Light hazy yellow golden color with white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, light grass, citrusy fruity, light spicy. Sweet and light bitter taste, lemon notes. Light to medium, thin to oily body with soft carbonation.
