Bottle. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Aromas of sugars, caramel, red apples, light vinegar. Taste has sugar, caramel, vinegar, lemony acid, green apples.

Sugary and syrupy. Just a bit of sourness. Earthy flavor, partly hidden by the sweetness. Well carbonated. Not a bad beer by any means, but it just isn't the right thing.

Teku showing deep amber with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows medium intense sweet and tart notes of brett and light steel tank. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately sweet and lightly tart with a mild tea astringency and more sweetness on the end.

08-11-18 // 375ml bottle. Lotcode L E10KGU means it is bottled on 10th May 2011. opened with a slight plop. Soaked cork. Pours clear amber golden with a minimal white head. Nose is very mild funk more a sweet gummybear like aroma. Taste starts mild acidic sweet, turning into a slighlty more sourish apple juice, fruitness, medium sweet but still not overpowering sweet, actually very well balanced. Tart finishing, herb. Low carbonated. Very positively surprised.
