Brewed with our friends from Fieldwork Brewing Co as a tribute to Mosaic, Enigma and mid-90s video games. For this DIPA we chose a blend of Maris Otter, pale malt, oats and Caramalt to give us the best platform to show off the tropical dank-juice character of our favourite hop varieties.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a murky orange copper with a frothy white head. Aroma is fruity, perfume, orange, citrus. Taste is citrus, hoppy, orange peel, malty.

440ml can. Pours amber with a light haze, thick beige head. Aroma is certainly dank, also very jammy, caramel, sweet malts. Taste is dank, sweet malts, caramel, jammy citrus and tropical fruits, pine, despite the name the sweet malts stand out just as much as the dank hops, dank weedy finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Great DIPA, but a little less sweet and more bitterness would have pushed this even higher for me.
