Bottle at Mother Kellys. Saison Dupont with a touch more bubblegum. Can't really feel the US influence, but maybe there's some citrus in the hoppiness. Very nice!

NY eve
75cl bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy gold, large white head. Aroma is sweet citrus, light saison yeast. Taste is perhaps not as hop-forward as expected with a tempered saison character and a very light sweetness, lacking the peppery spice of standard Saison Dupont. Balanced and refreshing.
