Pale yellow. No head. Smells like lime juice. Taste. Table salt, lime, wheat, root beer. Crisp cucumber and citrus bitterness finish

Tasting glass @ brewery (visited 3.5.2019) F: medium, white, average retention. C: straw, light hazy. A: peach sweet fruity, floral, bit apples. T: nice fresh sour light fruity, apricot, bit apples, mineral, salty traces, very easy drinkable, light body and medium carbonation, refreshing, enjoyed.

Draft @ BBP Taproom. Dorée claire transparent, col fin blanc; Arôme est fruité frais, note de citron vert avec un petit relant de rhubarbe e tune fine acidité qui percent en rétro-nasal. Malté reste fort discret. Palais est finement aigre, pointe iodée et saline ponctué par un fruité citron vert qui ajoute en acidité. Le tout est léger et bien rafraîchissant, idéal pour le temps maussade belge du mi-mai.

Pretty clean pale milky white to light yellow beer, small aery irregular white head, pretty stable. Aroma: bit oxidized, some onions, arm pit sweat, cheesy, stinky, grilled chicken. Not very inviting. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: some ginger, bit funky, lime, soft acidity, slightly salty. Aftertaste: sourish touch, bit fruity, lacto-acid, soft bitterness.

Wow, what a big difference this was, between the bottled and the draft version!! I guess the bottle yeast did some weird things to this beer... Clear pale beige to pale straw yellow beer, small irregular head, unstable, non ahesive. Aroma: funky, lemon peel, sourish impression, bit weird, pineapple. MF: o carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty lemony, lime, nice acidity, slightly salty, very refreshing, nice stuff! Aftertaste: lemon and lime, bit fruity, soft bitterness, pleasant and refreshing sourness, pretty dry finish. Really liked this one a lot! Happy to have tried both bottle and draft!

11/04/2019 @home - 33cl bottle from BBP Brewery. Clear light yellow, medium white head; Nose is lemon and other fruits. Taste is thin lemon, sour touch, salt.
