Clear blond beer, big solid creamy white head, pretty stable, crackling a little, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of citrus notes, some tropical fruits, tangerines, peaches and apricots, bit of a sweetish impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, peaches, little sweet and malty, biscuits, pretty bitter, citrus, little chemical. Aftertaste: dry and bitter, more chemical notes, some bandaid, citrus, grapefruit, bit soapy, orange peel.
Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks, BB 07/07/2019. Dorée, léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme est finement malté, note agrumes en rétro. Tropical, note de résineux, petite note de pamplemousse, feuille de thé vert. Palais est malté avec une petite épaisseur de bouche du grains, avoine? Note fine d'agrumes, sécheresse marquée, fruité latent avec un côté résineux, pin. Feuilles séchées, thé, résineux. Malt modéré offrant ample place aux houblons.
27/01/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from Malt Attacks. Cloudy straw yellow, big mousy white head; Nose is bitterhops, tropical fruits. Taste is harsh bitterness, tropical fruits, bitter ending.
F: big, white, long lasting. C: yellowish, milky hazy. A: tangerine, orange, cheesy, mango, pineapple, pine resin, melon, passion fruits, grapefruits. T: medium malty backbone, passion fruits, tangerine, pineapple, orange, bit fresh herbal, bready touch, pine, nice fresh fruity feeling, grapes, bit spicy, nice prominent harmonic bitterness, medium body and carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed, 33cl bottle (BBF: 7/7/19) from the brewery.
