On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This is a blurry deep golden colored one with a hefty a decent looking sidesticking grey head. Like the aroma. It's both sweet and a little red berry tart. Wood snurpy, lemonade traces. It has a really grainy taste. Grains and popcorn. Lots of them - unfortunately. Oily and nice in the mouth, below average on the bubbles. Rye bread and a mild white wine vinegar sourness. Oaky-tart finish. Found this one quite strange.13.05.2016
Bottle: Bubbled, nearly clear amber-brown with a thin head. Peppery, sour cherry aroma. Taste is strikingly sour cherry malt, vinegar.....spicy, acidic and dry. When FFF creates something they call a sour, they don’t screw around.....leaves a lasting sting...wow.
Bottle. Red cherry, musty yeast, malt, and hay aroma. Amber with minimal head. Sweet-sour cherry, vinegar, malt, musty yeast, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice.
