Draught at the brewery. Thanks, Alan. Uses a different yeast and bacteria blend to the other Freds, one that includes brett and lactic yeasts. In French oak for 1 ½ years, though Alan claims it should be there for 3. Funky, sherry and barnyard aromas. Lactic, sour, with a very interesting bitterness at the finish. Wood flavors but no vanilla. Nice, but should get much better and more complex with age.
