Very nice. But dangerous. Lots of sweetness, candy. Rich and good.
Tap at Brewer's Cup. rich wheat, peaches, pears, rich and full but not too sweet and a dry finish. Great balance and the booze is hidden well. Freaking awesome and the brewery just closed.
Dry. Amazing depth of bread, apricot, over ripe mangoes, apples and pears. So much depth. Light body, alcohol well hidden. Just so well put together. One of the best WW I’ve had
Toranomon Hills tasting, thanks Tim. Clear golden pour. not much foam. Nose has vanilla, some sweetness, light booze. Tastes light, bit sweetish, kaki fruits and some drier alcohol coming out later. Light medium bitterness, drinks well. Good one and not too sweet or sticky as other beers in the same style have been.
