Raspberry Bramble Gose
Tart red raspberries are the star of this refreshing fruit gose. A first fermentation with lactobacillus gives RBG its pucker, then a second pass in an open fermenter produces soft, fruity esters. A hint of Himalayan pink salt amplifies the flavor of tart raspberry jam, and coriander adds notes of delicate wildflowers.

Tap at Which Craft. Medium red with a fine head. Nose is raspberry, light cream and vanilla. Raspberry flavor, very light malt, slightly tart with a bit of yogurt. Ok, but watery and a bit lame.
