Bottle shared, almost 4 years old. Holds up well, quite fruity, medium funky, not too sour. Tannic bit not too much. Great!

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Ammutson during Moeder tasting. Redish hazy color, small white head. smells very funky, tannins, grapes, cheesy, herbal, peppery. Lovely funky notes. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, tannins, berry notes, peppery, grapes. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of funk, grassy and tannins. Lovely stuff, the grapes are there, great symbiose between grapes and funk. Love this.

Bottled@Rådhuskällaren, Umeå. Hazy pinkish orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is dry tart wood, with some grapes, mild farmyard and funk with some acidity too. Flavour is grapes, citric acidic, some farmyard, mild funk as well as some herbal, mild floral and even some almost tanninlike dry tones. Smooth, and nicely dry.

Bottle, 2020/2021, thanks Hrabren for this one I think! Shared with him and the others. Hazy, reddish body, misty even, off-white head. Sweetish, bright aroma, grapes and funk. Soft, lean, juicy taste, grape, light saltienss, funk, definitely showing how wild it is, but in pretty good balance. Nice stuff!

Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours cloudy ruby with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is funk, grape skin, oak. Thin body, funky, grape, oak, nice tartness, light dry finish, enjoyed this.
