Soft malts layered over sticky hops. Our hoppy, new-school, American Amber ale. Pairs well with involuntary memories.

Simcoe hops sing loud and proud above a complex German malt bill, both experienced through a delightful burnt orange hue and a 5.6% abv.

Can, thanks JC. Nice hoppy aroma, taste is similar, bit of bitterness, bit of bitter type maltiness. Quite nice. God knows what I was talking about here.

Very cloudy amber brown color. Odd vegatale, chocolate and citrusy nose. The mouth is all over the place. Not very focused. Meh whatever

Can poured into a snifter showing really dark sewer looking brown with two fingers of tanned brown foam. This looks interesting. The nose shows subtle notes of pine resin. Upon warming up strong notes of cannabis become very apparent. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Feels somewhat sediment-y. Flavors of bready malts and not much else. Light bitterness on the finish with a resurgence of the bready malts.
