Väga mõnsa blend. Üllatavalt humalane / mõru, pimemaitsmisel kahtlustaks siin cantilloni, samas hapukus ja hapu kuivus on tõesti pigem 3F-le omased. Tsitrus jms puuviljad on ka maitses esil nagu korralikule geuzel kohane ehk siis nii nagu peab.

Balanced subtel sour, wood tannines, slightly funky and tart, some cheesy notes, barnyard, extremely soft and smooth, great stuff. 👍🏻
