22-05-21 // 750ml bottle shared. Great finisher on an amazing can. Happy bday Tilquin! - this aged lovely. Carbonation still presents. Deep older funk later in the back of the throat. Dry.

Hazy golden orange with a small off white head. Not too lively on the pour. Aroma is woody upfront with a lovely motley cellar funk, cobwebs, damp, light leather notes, floral notes and citrus. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Pours darker blonde, small, nearly no white head. Smell is full, very funky, strong woody notes, grainy, mild oxidative notes. Taste is full, intense, dry, oaky, funky, wet wood. Strongly aromatic. it's been years since I had it, but it certainly didnt go down !

Bottle from my secret stash at my dad's wine cellar. Drank in 2019. But hazy golden with not much head. Quite woody, dank funk, apricot, earthy, soft caramel and nice malts. Medium sweet and sour, almost medium bitter. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Aged great, but not so lively anymore.
