On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. A nice nutty brown light blurry one with a small sidesticking off-white top. The nose has a little bit of fruitiness to bit. Some yeast, some needles and hints of wood. Not bad, not extreme. Lots of flavor though. A suiting sourness is creeping next side to all the yeasty and fruity tones. The mouthfeel d is oily and the carbonation level is soft to average and prickling. Can't see myself drinking this in larger quantities, but I'm enjoying this glass. Some yeasty alcohol, a little bit of sugar sweetness and a dry mouthfeel in the finish. 04.05.2013
