THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled draft @ Beer Temple during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Black, little brown hue, patchy tanned head. Nose is sweet molasses, dark cherry, sweet sugar, licorice, warming vanilla oak, big vanilla, thick molasses, wine tastes the appearance of cherries. Taste is molasses, sugar, cherry, candy, sugar, molasses, vanilla oak mixed together which cherry-like wine notes. Body is dark cherries & molasses. Very nice. Thick, rich and interesting.

Sampled from tap at ’Beertemple’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Hazy, dark reddish brown with a beige head. Sourish-fruity, a bit sweetish aroma of caramel, cherries, vinegar and some red wine. Sourish-fruity, slightly sweetish taste of caramel, dark cherries, red wine, vinegar and oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart and slightly vinous finish. Medium body, rather astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Draught @ Beer Temple. Opaque brown color, average sized beige to light brown head. Aroma reminds me of red wine and otherwise a Flemish red/brown. Tastes like a red/brown sour ale as well, and again mixed with red wine. Not my thing at all. Yuk.

On tap at Beer Temple. According to the bar staff it was red wine BA. It sure wasn’t bourbon or rhum. Hazy dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of wood, oak, vanilla, sweet red fruits, hint of red wine (could be suggestion), sweet malts, cookies. Flavour is sweet, fruity, cookies, malts, vanilla, hint of red wine, caramel, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Tasty.
