Bottle from Drinks & Gifts, batch 8 BB 9-2017 (Columbus, Cascade en Simcoe), 37.5 cl sample. Hazy golden color, big frothy head. Quite sharp Simcoe aroma of onion and garlic, slight yeasty notes and a bit of cookie. Not perfectly clean and too harsh on the dryhopping Im afraid. Medium bitterness, again quite dry and a bit sharp. High carbonation, yeast has probably continued to work in the bottle, making the dryness in combination with the bitterness sharp. I like the Moersleutel porters and stouts, but their hoppy beers disappoint me a bit. But I will keep on trying them, as I hope they will improve on this in the near future.
Bottle @ home. Opaque very hazy pale orange color, full sized bubbly soapy white head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is lightly malts, hops, oranges. Taste lightly malts, hops, orange and citrus hops and a decent bitter finish. Decent body and carbonation. Decent, but not up to the level of their black beers yet.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden with big fizzy off white head that leaves a thick film of bigger bubbles. Quite malty for a session IPA with some fresh bread crust and toffee. Lots of tropical fruits, some grapefruit. There’s also light yeast. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Just medium bodied with above average carbonation that’s very fizzy. Like drinking cola. Nice beer, only downside is the carbonation.
2016.11.19 Bottle at home. Batch 8. Hazy golden with big fluffy white head. Fruity hops up front, peach, passionfruit, tangerine, chalk, pebbles, grass. Light sweet and moderate bitter. Under medium body, bit watery with chalky texture and soft carbonation. Dry vegetal bitter finish. 7/3/7/3/15
Tap @ TAB, small sample. Milky/cloudy yellow color. White head (not much). Aroma’s: hop hops, citrus, tropical fruit.. Retronasal there’s a lot of hoppy acidity and resin. Flavor is full of hops, without it being outspoken bitter or sour. Light bodied. Good carbonation. Finishes grainish and herbal bitter. Nice and refreshing. And again: a good burp.
Bottle sampled at IJssel & Gouwe Bierfestival. Clear orange with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, light herbal hops and grassy notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Bottle sampled at the Gouda beer festival. Medium white head. Cloudy amber pour. Lovely bitterness
On tap at NHBF’16. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of melon, tropical fruit, more melon, light malty, hint of mango. Flavour is light sweet, some melon, tropical fruits, decent bitterness. Light bodied. Don’t like melon, hence the lower score.
