An India pale lager - an IPL if you will. It transgresses with impunity, exploring and searching for unique flavours without adhering to rigid beer styles. This isn’t your typical lager. No, it’s not. We have taken a clean and crisp German lager base and added new world hops; cascade, Nelson Sauvin and citra to shine.

Hazy pale to medium golden, lots of bubbles, tall frothy off white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Strong citrus nose, aroma lemon, grapefruit, grass. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, citrusy. Fruity bittersweet aftertaste, dry bitter finish, herbal touch. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, crisp, fresh and tasty, very pleasant, excellent IPL.
