Sour milk, wheat malt, sweet woodruff and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with minimal head and moderate effervescence. Lightly sweet lemon, sweet woodruff, wheat malt, moderately sour lactic acid and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice - not overly sweet.
I have the US 4% can. The syrup is a mix of light herbal with sour fruits. It’s takes up a lot of the beer. The light wild tartness peaks through. I’d want the non-syrup version. But it’s nice not to drink a juice or a kettle beer.
Bottle kindly donated by Rauchbierlover, many thanks. Brown color with minimal white head. Moderate herbal aroma. Taste, herbs, pickles, light sourness. Good.
20-12-19 // Milky yellow with a minimal hue green indeed. White lacing. Mild herbal in the nose. Lactic sour. But mild. Good embodied woodruff notes.
Shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Intense deep sour sulphur and vinegar. The herbs are far in the back, the sourness is way too intense. Lots of sour sulphur and vinegar over hints of woodruff.
Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sour grapes, cucumber. Taste of herbs, cucumber, sour fruits.
Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Erdig, leicht kräutrig, natürlich. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, steigende Säure, erdig-säuerlicher Nachgeschmack. 9/10/10/10/9/10
