Bottle shared thanks to sjogro and danlo. Black with light brown head. Huge whisky, soft red berries, roasted malts, caramel, toffee, light earthy, soft alcohol, marzipan, vanilla, dark chocolate, earthy notes. Lots of nice aromas, taste is a bit flat with medium sweetness and bitterness. Almost full bodied. Pretty enjoyable, though maybe with some more sweetness it would match the aroma better. Good stuff.

330ml bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle station. Pours black in colour with a beige foam head leaving alittle lacing. Aroma of woody oak, whiskey, dark fruits, roasted malt, molasses. Taste is red wine, whiskey, oaky, woody, vanilla, marzipan, dark fruit, red berries, brown sugar, coffee, dark chocolate, earthy, warming boozy and spicy, with some roasted nutty bitterness. Full bodied, soft carbonation, dry woody earthy boozy bitter finish. Lots of nice complexity, very sippable
