THIS BEER HAS BEEN COLLABORATIVELY BREWED WITH ALAN FROM OLD CHIMNEYS BREWERY. YEARS OF BREWING EXPERTISE WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON MALT AND GRAIN HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THIS BEER, EXPLORING THE FLAVOURS THAT VIENNA MALT AND CRYSTAL CAN IMPART IN A BEER. WITH VERY LITTLE HOP ADDITION, THIS BEER IS FULL AND RICH IN AROMA, FLAVOUR AND BODY, WITH SMOOTH FLAVOURS OF ROASTED MALTS AND CARAMEL.

Cask sample courtesy of Grumbo, from 28th East Anglian Beer & Cider Fest, Bury St. Edmonds. Cheers Graham! Orangey deep brown amber colour, bubbly biege head and aroma of malt, mellow fruity. Taste is malty, caramel, toffee, fruity, and some citrus hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry light bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
