3/II/15 - 15cl can @ home - BB: X/2013 (2015-125) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the can!
Clear pale yellowish beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive, dissipates immediately. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, sweet, corn flakes. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: sweet, corn, bit sugary, little sour, metallic touch. Aftertaste: bit lemony, metallic, corn flakes, grains, cow fodder. Surprisingly drinkable, as in: not completely disgusting.
Aroma has light citrus. Body is thin, watery. Flavour is quite reasonable. Lightly sharp at first. Some biscuity malt in background.
33cl bottle from my local Albert Hein. Thick white head. Clear golden pour. Heavy malty taste. Ok for a NA beer.
30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Coop. Golden with a thin, quickly disappearing white head. Fruity sweet malt smell. familiair low alcohol cabbage taste with some lemon. Not as horrible as other low alcohol beers but no treat either.
15 cl can @ home. Pale yellow with a decent white head. Looks like a regular pils. Smells amazingly hoppy, malts, quite fresh. Tastes malty and quite thin, but other than that there’s also a nice fresh hop flavour. Too bad the typical non-alcohol maltiness takes over most of the flavor. Could use a bit more carbo and a bit more body, but what can you expect from a zero alcohol beer. At least it’s not completely flat. I’d say it’s a fairly nice product and it’s better then most other alcohol free pilseners. In case of having to be the designated driver, this should get you through the evening.
Sampled from a small tasting can. Clear golden color, small white head that disappears fairly quickly. Aroma is surprisingly pretty fruity. Taste also has that fruityness and some bitter. This is weird, surprisingly good actually. Way better than expected.
30cl Bottle from AH. Palest golden colour I’ve ever seen on a beer, white head. Surprisingly nice aroma (at first whiff) of floral and light grassy hops, white bread, hint of cereal. Flavour is light-medium sweet, aspartam, white bread, light floral, light grassy and aluminium bitterness, after the finish a little nasty flavour comes rolling back in the mouth. Very light bodied, watery, light fizzy, but at least it’s not overly sweet as most N/A beers.
