Dull cognac coloure. Intense honey and baked cake aroma's, top-quality caramelsyrup, and freshly ovenbaked.. pie, indeed. Sweety syrupy but with a fantastic citrussy finish, tart. And again this baked pie flaovur. Sharp finish, alcoholheat and despite all, good balance. Remarkable!!

Sampled at 3 Sons Lumberjack Day 2019. Pours blonde. Smell is full, honey. Taste is extremely full, sweet, very full on honey. Extremely nice. Intense, one of the best I ever tried. Good amount of lemon, blended in perfectly. Previous key lime pie ( although they were beers ) drinks I didnt like at all, but this is plain awesome !
