Lambic Style - Fruit Regular Out of Production
ABV: 7.5% IBU: - Ticks: 120
Blend of lambics aged on average 16 to 18 months and of Merlot grapes. Lambic can be rightly considered the missing link between the worlds of wine and beer, and Saint Lamvinus takes this one step further by adding grapes normally intended for wine production. Intense, fruity beer that lingers on the palate and has a clear connection to its winemaking origins.

Printed bottle date: 14 November 2016. Clear red, light ring head. Sour grains, hay, grapes. Fruity and sour with firm horseblanket funk. Sharp high pitched fruity sour reminiscent of strawberries, to some more bass sour notes close to grapes. Soft carb.

Aromat delikatny, glownie jakies ziemisto-serowo-skorzane brety. W smaku slodko dosc i kwasno lekko i owocowo - nie zgadlbym ze winogrona.
