Wow.et nydelig øl som leverer iht etikettens løfter. Det er både en karakterrik saison og en tydelig rabarbra, med ypperlig balanse og helt uten at de to krangler eller tråkker hverandre på tærne. Ikke helt min stil, men bøyer meg i støvet for håndtverket

Bottle. Very earthy, wheat, soft rhubarb. Nice fruity sour, soft funky. Way more earthy than I remember the earlier one being.

Bottled, thanks anstei! Hazy pale orange, small head. Tart, funky nose with rhubarb and hay. Tart with medium body and crisp, well rounded mouthfeel. Elegant and complex. Above all, really tasty!

Draught Special Edition II Medium, dense, just yellowish head over hazy orange-yellow beer. Spicy, wild yeast, hint of sigarette ashes, and sour vegetable - no doubt the rhubarb. Dusty, wild yeast genre Wyelabs chamomile, horseradish powder. Bit floral too. Rhubarb most obvious by the slightly acid-etching feel. Good carbonation, enhancing the refreshing acidity. Light body. Nice, not too sour, but no fireworks. Rhubarb plays hide-and-seek, but is really present.

Pours unclear yellow. Big white head. Smell is woody, tart, bit lactic somehow. Taste is full, rhubarb is intense. Tartness is mild. A bit buttery. medium body and carbo. Decent, but not great.

Rubia con espuma de color blanco, duración media. Aroma floral, con leves notas a cáscara de naranja. Sabor con ligera acidez, notas florales, algo especiada y herbal. Final suave, con leve acidez.

Tap @ Beer Boy, Nakameguro. Golden pour, slightly cloudy and with a finger width of thick foam. Nose is a bit tart, some grass and saison spices. Good funky overall feel there, getting also some Brett. Tastes nicely tart and fruity, barnyard is strong, rhubarb if you will. Grassy finish with a touch of bitterness. Nice one, only mildly tart, full on funky.
