330ml courtesy of Taboada. Many thanks! Drunk on New Years Eve 2018. Pours gold with a light mist. Aroma is moderately sweet apple juice, light sour. Taste sees the citric hop notes work in tandem with the fruity sharp, lightly sour apple notes, some bitter skins with a soft bitter acidity. Decent Galician cider.

Bottle, thanks Alex! Funky basement, wilf yeast, fermenting apples, green hoppyness. Bone dry finish. Great stuff!

Orange, somewhat flat. Nose feels musty, not so intense and somewhat covered. Still some apples down there. Taste has apples, light bitterness with apple acidity. Good balance but lacks that vinegar balsamico that I like and also intensity that the previous version had. Still enjoyable.

Very hazy light amber brown color. The apples are battling the west coast hops and it’s coming out muddled.

Thanks jinroh for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing moderately filtered pale amber with no head. The nose shows moderately intense notes of barnyard and light brett. The palate is light bodied. Moderately tart with the same intense notes of barnyard and a mild bitterness on the finish.

Many thanks to Taboada for this bottle! Neutral moderate floral apples and hops in the nose. Fresh sourish appley beginning. Lots of hops, fresh aroma, great combination. Sulphur sourish typical sidra apples, Hops, great floralness over a layer of great sidra apples. Nice combination!
