Tap at Valhalla Prague. Misty yellow body, off-white head. Dried stone fruit and fresh hoppiness, herbal, lightly tropical. Sweeter taste than expected, strawberry of all things, dried fruit, fruit-driven and pretty good, though slightly sweeter than I would've liked.
Canned (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectary and mildly oaty tones.
Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden yellow colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, toffee and tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, fresh malt, big juicy passionfruit, mango, pineapple, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
Can 500ml (Vinmonopolet, AIH147)
Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Pineapple, dank, lemon peels in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Juicy, pineapple, citrus, intensive flavour. Good.
Draft @ Billie's 2021, shared with Brewver BE crew.
Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of grassy and citrusy hops, dank. Taste of stone fruits, tangerine, some grapefruit, dank.
12/XI/21 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 1 (Waagnatie, Antwerp), BB: n/a (2021-1273) Thanks to the Brewver crew and other beer buddies for sharing today’s beers!
Cloudy beige blond beer, big creamy white head, solid, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, very dank, fruity, bit floral, some diacetyl? Pretty nice overall… MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: oh my, all yoghurt, diacetyl, buttery, peach, pineapple and mango flavoured yoghurt, way too much diacetyl. Aftertaste: more diacetyl, good bitterness, little fruity, bad. Lervig is big enough to not have to release diacetyl brews (and to capture them before shipping, or at least check the quality at a beer festival).
How: Draught.
Where: MBCC 2021.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Tropical fruit, hops, malt, spices, citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Tropical fruit, malt, spices, hops, grapefruit, citrus.
