A collaboration with Fluid Coffee Bar, this semi-sweet Buckwheat blossom mead was initially aged in a bourbon barrel for eight months. We then soaked Tahitian vanilla beans and cocoa nibs in the mead before adding a single origin Nicaraguan coffee from Fluid. It’s pretty simple, Jack, there’s something happening here.

Bottle shared at Aaron's birthday at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a clear, light gold with good legs. Chocolate and coffee aromas on the nose with bourbon, oak and coffee as it warms. Smooth and creamy mocha character on the palate. Got some body on the palate. Smooth finish with lingering coffee, vanilla and bourbon with just a touch of honey. Another really fun, modern mead.
