0,75l from bottle at the Brewery. Deep red color, small white head. Smells cherries, marzipan, sour cherries, spices, light cinnamon. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of cherries, marzipan, earthy, nutty, bit acidic, peppery, spices. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of cherries, earthy and peppery notes. Not as good as other lpks I had, tad acidic, probably a bit too young

Bottle sampled at quintessence 2022. Pours a dark red/purple. Pink head. Scent is mature, cherry candy. Taste is tart, intense, matured cherry, robust intensity. Milder funk and acidity. Lovely. Didin't loose to much fruits, but gained complexity !

Deep clear red with a small white head. Nice cherry notes and a bit of pit. Soured cherry, light pit and a nice finish. Solid for the age.
Nose: straight funky cherry. Palate: super soft, nice fruit and a very strong funk and sweet finish
